Our room had no windows so it smelled of smoke bad, the bed pillow duvet all of it.
And the room with no window is tiny hardly and room to organise your bags or walk around
The place was clean and supplied the disposable towels & made beds daily. The room was very small but tidy and had a washing machine & air-conditioner in the room. All as backpackers we are satisfied with the room for the value of the money. The staff were good.
The location was a bit far from the centre of Shanghai but a subway station is close by so you can get around cheaply. It has a small bathroom.

When booking a room, it was said that the windowless room would be upgraded, but it turned out that it was still assigned a windowless room. The complaint was not upgraded, and there was no result. The room is full of the unpleasant smell of the windowless room, the elevator is dirty, and the room is small. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night and transferred. I endured it.
