Pros:

Posizione fantastica in mezzo alla natura,sul terrazzo dell'appartamento ci siamo rilassati al massimo con vista sulla collina ricca di vegetazione,c'era una pace straordinaria.

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kostenfreies Zimmer Upgrade, Fahrradverleih, gute Ausstattung der Appartments, schöner Pool, Anfang Juni sehr ruhig, Strand zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione della struttura. Molto comodi il bar e il mini market (piccolo ma utile in caso di necessità). La piscina è grande, pulita e sempre presidiata. Animazione presente ma non invadente.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono tante scale, un vero disagio per chi ha un passeggino. Ho pagato a parte la culla, sinceramente non mi era mai successo in altre strutture. Peccato inoltre per il ristorante, gestito da una società esterna, a mio avviso non è all altezza della situazione.

Pros:

Sauber und ruhig, Fahrräder konnten direkt vor dem Zimmer geparkt werden. Pool war sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist für normale PKWs kaum zu nutzen, da die Baumwurzeln den Belag aufwerfen und ein hohes Risiko besteht, mit dem Fahrzeugboden aufzusetzen.

Struttura Fantastica
Pros:

Residence in ottima posizione, non lontano dal centro del paese e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Immerso nel verde e circondato da giardini ben curati, ha una bella piscina, un buon ristorante/pizzeria con comodo servizio d'asporto ed un fornitissimo bar/minimarket. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo, completo di tutto il necessario, dotato di aria condizionata e di un' ottima copertura wi.fi. perfettamente funzionante. Aveva anche una parziale vista verso il mare. Staff gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile. Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno di passaggio, ma torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo e di sicuro relax.

Siamo stati benissimo !Il residence si trova in una posizione strategica; perfetta per raggiungere il mare ,il centro e con l ampio parcheggio si possono fare escursioni senza pensieri.Appartamenti puliti e profumati . Staff squisito e cordiale . Ottima la colazione al Bar e buon servizio Market e Ristorante.

La posizione rispetto alla spiaggia e al centro paese ,comoda.
I servizi ,come il bar ,il piccolo supermercato, utili .
Lo spazio piscina , il terrazzino il verde e la tranquillità importanti per rilassarci .

Es war wieder so schön im Solemaremma. Es ist so ruhig, und die schöne Natur drumherum. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und erfüllen Wünsche.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war schön und ruhig.
Pros:

Erica von der Rezeption hat uns auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick reserviert.
Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt auf Anfrage Wünsche. Sie kümmern sich gut um die Gäste.
Ich vermisste mehrsprachige Prospekte ( deutsch).

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist qualitativ auf dem untersten Niveau (Pfannen ohne doppelten Boden, die auf dem Herd tanzen). Abzug der im Raum endet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht renoviert. Tisch auf der Terrasse ist aus billigem Plastik und hat sehr schlechten Stand. Die Matratze ist viel zu hart und dünn ( sehr schlechte Qualität). Keine Einzeldecken, nur Leintuch für zwei und eine Überdecke, die nicht wirklich hygienisch ist. In der 2. Woche wurde es in der Nacht kalt und es hatte nur eine billige zusätzliche synthetische Decke. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und alt. Keine einzige Ablage, um etwas abzustellen.
Handtücher gibt 1x/Woche frisch. Ansonsten muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Die Poolanlage kann wegen der vielen Tigermücken leider nicht ausgiebig genützt werden. Das ist schade, denn der Park ist wirklich schön angelegt und sehenswert.
Die Waschküche ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand (dreckig, unhygienisch). Es sollte auf jeder Zimmeretage eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler geben.

La tranquillità e l'ubicazione del residence

Il corridoio interno pieno di moscerini e zanzare..magari una maggiore cura e disinfestazione in tal senso. Il parcheggio esterno in condizioni terribili ma abbiamo visto che nel c.m di ottobre sarebbero partiti i lavori per rifare la pavimentazione
