Pros:

Place is nice nice setup

Cons:

No heat that you can control and owner can be a little bit rude but it's a nice place but idk if it's worth the price depending on your needs no stove but there's a hot plate I asked how to cook but got no answer until I found out myself just figure out the space yourself and leave the man alone or he will try to move you out
