Cons:

La pulizia. Penso che il management della struttura dovrebbe rivedere totalmente il servizio di housekeeping.

Nice place to stay for a few nights for a group. Only small issues that are easily remedied.
Pros:

Spacious, great location. Easy access.

Cons:

The towels were like chamois rather than normal towels, and there wasn’t soap or sufficient toilet paper.

Well located but could do with more cooking utensils
Pros:

Big space and well located next to the supermarkets and restaurants and also it’s 200m to the metro

Cons:

Dated. Lacked all facilities. No glasses, no kettle, no toaster, no teaspoons, no pot and pans for cooking.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, apartament przestronny i czysty

Cons:

Brak wyposażenia kuchni ( brak sztućców kubków, kafeterki, czajnika)
Lodówka włączona, ledwo chłodziła (nieszczelna)
Klimatyzacja generowała potworny hałas w nocy do tego stopnia, ze trzeba bylo wybrać między chłodnym pokojem, a spokojnym snem w ciepłym pokoju!

Great place but not for foreigners
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The staff treated foreign visitors differently than Italian in many ways, even offering water with espresso was reserved only for Italian people and they made fun of us not understanding Italian language, it is good place for locals only.

Pros:

Staff specially Aleksandra on reception was very helpful with a big smile. Accommodation was clean and large.

Pros:

amazing big room. surprising location.
i choose it because it close to train station. surprisingly we also found there is a outlet discount cloth shop, big supermarket, drugstore, restaurant and mediamarket just 3min walk from hotel. which provide us lots of convenience.
The room is very spacious. the only disadvantage is lack of indoor sunshine. but if considering we will visit in summer time, it may turn into advantage.
anyway, i will strongly recommend this hotel. i may choose to live there again the next time using holiday in naple.

Disappointing
Cons:

Walls peeling paint,wires hanging where lights should be,little toilet paper,plaster peeling.
