Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, ruhig

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und dunkel, spartanisch eingerichtet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Betten waren etwas hart

Eventually we had to book something else.
Pros:

The reviews on the site and photos of the property looked good. Price was also right. We booked a room but eventually had to cancel because the restaurant was not available and there was no staff in the hotel. Hotel staff on the telephone was very friendly though.

Cons:

When we arived the the property was closed. There was a sign so we could call and somebody would come to let us in. But the restaurant was closed (while it said it would have a restaurant). We arived quite late without a car and the nearest restaurant was more then 5 km away. Therefor we decided we make use of the "free cancelation" policy and book a hotel near the restaurant.

I can understand you have to do this in the 'low season' but you have to be transparent about this. You could have send a message when we booked or update your booking.com discription.

Erg verzorgd ontbijt, vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen

Cons:

De geur van de handdoeken, er wordt hoogst waarschijnlijk gerookt bij het wassen en drogen er van. De matrassen konden beter.
