Ok for the price and location but needs a refurb ASAP and hygiene is lacking.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff are ok. Price is good

Cons:

Needs a refurbishment, not the cleanest rooms. Housekeeping need to do a better job. Bathroom roof leaking and nothing done despite reporting it a number of times.

Everything was reasonable about the hotel except that the breakfast in different hotel.
Pros:

Location was good. Lifts were ok. Reasonably clean when room was given.

Cons:

Room was too small. Toilet probably need to be improved. Breakfast was included but we were told to go to hotel opposite to eat breakfast. It was nuisance. It was not made clear, I suffered as I have knee problem and had to make extra journey.
