Het ontbijt was prima ( alleen was de tweede koffiemachine stuk dus moest je elke ochtend een tijdje in de rij staan)
De kamer was niet goed verlicht, de koffiecups werden niet aangevuld. Er lag een glassplinter op de badkamervloer. De douche was gevaarlijk, ik moest mijn man vragen om me een hand te geven om er uit te stappen, anders was ik zeker uitgegleden. Een van de draaiknoppen zat zo vast dat ik hem bijna niet open kreeg.
De ontvangst was meer dan hartelijk. Kamer zeer comfortabel.

This is definetly not 4 stars hotel.
-not clean: red-orange spots on the towels (probably old blood); blue wet spots on bed sheets (no clue what it was);
-floors and furniture were very old and second-hand
-the bath in the center of bedroom forced to make a long round trip every time, when we go from one part of the room to another (actually on the photos it was another room, we would definetly not choose the bedroom with bath in the center).
-the bottle for shower-soap was empty, when we arrived! So it was the first hotel in my life where I was even not able to wash my head
- breakfast quality was poor
Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid wel goed. Kamer klein maar efficiënt. Ramen konden open. Badkamer heel klein.
Inchecken en uitchecken. Beide had ik online gedaan maar moest nogmaals in de lobby via de computer hetzelfde weer doen. Zinloos om dit dus online te doen.
Location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is decent.
The room was small in the attic, price I think it was too high for it.
The staff were so extremely helpful and kind! They had upgraded our room before arrival without extra payment or anything which was such a great surprise. They had also prepared some complimentary snacks for us and a drink voucher to use in their gorgeous lounge. We had to leave early (for reasons unrelated to the hotel stay — again, it was amazing) and the staff were so accommodating and apologetic and even gave us a full refund for the last night. Great hospitality, complimentary snacks and an amazing room!

All staff are very kind and customer oriented. Breakfast is great. Location is amazing.
Interior is a bit confusing, it’s like they have renovated or re-furbished some of the parts to make it more unique but the rest is very old and doesn’t match the vibe they are going for.
