Apartments mit allem, was es braucht - Parken gratis - Preis-Leistung sehr gut - Personal freundlich
Pros:

Großes großzüges Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ausreichend kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Preis-leistungs-Verhältnis bei solch einem günstigen Preis hervorragend. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Chambre privative dans un bel appartement proche du centre
Pros:

Tout se fait par échange de message, très pratique quand on arrive au milieu de la nuit.
la chambre est grande et joliement aménagée. Le lit confortable.
A quelques minutes à pied de la gare central de Hambourg et à environ 15min à pied du Rathaus.
La salle de bain privative était très spacieuse. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien et la TV est très grande.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas quelque capsule de café offert dans la cuisine.
Aussi un élément que je n'avais pas compris c'est que l'appartement comprend 3 chambres avec une salle de bain privative pour chaque chambre qui se trouve en dehors de la chambre, donc il faut prendre sa clé à chaque fois, après je n'ai pas été déranger par les autres occupants.

Genauso wie wir es gebraucht haben. Tolles altes Gebäude, sehr ordentlich und das nötigste war da. Wir haben uns innerhalb von Sekunden sicher und zuhause gefühlt!

Pros:

I have been very pleased by my stay. As semi-budget option, for me it provided all essential things that are important for me: cleanliness, cosiness, comfort, privacy & piece. My room was the smallest option but it felt just enough to return to rest after a long day. Very comfy bed, clean private bathroom, kitchen with all necessary stuff. It is safe to say, that the stay at alsterSuite has pretty much saved my experience at Hamburg because town itself left poor impression. Hotel was my safe corner of piece.

Cons:

Bathroom is hilariously small but that's manageable if you don't have issues with mobility. Sound insulation is questionable, once there was time I heard washing machine quite clearly but otherwise, environment was surprisingly quiet. No supermarket nearby was a slight inconvenience because I needed to buy some basic stuff but supermarkets at areas few blocks away from hotel are quite shady and not comfortable to walk in.

Pros:

Mag sicher nett aufgemacht sein, entspricht aber nicht der Beschreibung bzw. dem, was man mit der Beschreibung assoziiert

Cons:

Laut Beschreibung verfügt jede Wohnung über ein eigenes Bad. Es wird aber nirgendwo ersichtlich, dass sich dieses Bad nur über den Hausflur mit separatem Schlüssel erreichen lässt und in der Wohnung selber kein Bad zur Verfügung steht

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen und alles sauber, unkomplizierte Check in / Check out Finktion, wurde alles im Vorwege per WhatsApp erklärt. Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön ausgestattet

Cons:

Schade, dass das Bad/Toilette nicht im Zimmer waren, dies wurde allerdings bei der Beschreibung auch erwähnt

Leider keine Suite!!
Pros:

Die Lage und die Qualität der Matratzen waren super.

Cons:

Die Badezimmersituation hat leider nicht an eine Suite oder Hotel erinnert. Es war nicht bei Buchung ersichtlich, dass wir kein Badezimmer im Zimmer haben. Dieses war nur durch den gemeinsamen Flur erreichbar. So eher WG- oder Jugendherbergscharakter. Schade!
Auch nachts durch das ständige Laufen der Zimmernachbarn extrem laut durch Türenknallen!

Schönes Zimmer in super Lage, aber hellhörig und fußkalt und Bad nicht im Zimmer
Pros:

- Super Lage in der Nähe vom Hbf. Rathaus und CHH zu Fuß entspannt erreichbar
- schönes, großes Zimmer in der Altbauunterkunft mit angenehmer Einrichtung

Cons:

- sehr großes minus: Badezimmer ist nicht im Zimmer sondern über den Flur (das stand nicht in der Beschreibung sondern nur in einer Frage von 2023, wie wir leider erst zu spät gesehen haben und dann nicht gebucht hätten)
- Fenster sehr ‚zugig‘, halten Kälte nur schlecht ab, das komplett verdunkeln war nicht möglich. So waren auch Geräusche der Straße sehr laut im Zimmer zu hören
- Sauberkeit: auf einem Schrank war sehr viel Staub, der herunterfiel als auf diesen etwas gelegt wurde, fremde Haarspange auf dem Boden
- Schimmel in der Dusche
- Schlafzimmer nicht vom Wohnraum abgetrennt, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben
- Unterkunft sehr hellhörig, man hört die anderen Gäste, vor allem auf dem Boden welcher laut knarzt

Perfekte Lage, gemütliche und ruhige Zimmer
Pros:

Ich bin hier nun schon zum zweiten Mal. Wie auch schon beim letzten Mal war alles top. Es ist super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Auch wenn das private Bad nicht im Zimmer ist, sondern gegenüber des Zimmers. Ich bin hier noch nie einem anderen Gast aus den Zimmern begegnet. Es ist sehr ruhig hier.
