Hôtel Honteux, vieillissant , inconfortable et Triste
Pros:

L emplacement est la seule chose que j ai apprécié !!!

Cons:

D après certains commentaires, la Wifi etait bonne alors qu elle etait CATASTROPHIQUE !! L hôtel n est pas du tout entretenu, la litterie n est pas du tout confortable, un mal de dos Horrible au lever , la salle de bain vieillissante et non entretenue non plus ! Le Chauffe-eau fait du bruit toutes les 15 secondes, aucune chaînes Française à la TV et mal orientée par rapport au lit car mise sur le côté !! La climatisation ne marchait pas !! Le personnel très gentil mais pas sérieux car ils me disaient oui demain ça ira mieux et le lendemain c etait toujours pareil pour tout !!! Au petit déjeuner du café soluble et 1/2 heures d attente pour du pain avec de l huile , du beurre et de la crème d Argan !! La seule chose sympa c est la terrasse en haut avec vue sur la Koutoubia sinon c etait Honteux et Triste comme Hotel !!! Très Très déçu…

Ein perfekter, kinderfreundlicher Aufenthalt mitten in Marrakesch – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Wir sind mit drei Kindern (4, 10, 11 Jahre) angereist und wurden sofort herzlich empfangen. Der Check-in war persönlich und aufmerksam, die Kinder durften sogar noch spät in den Pool – ein echtes Highlight nach der Reise. Unser Apartment „2 Douiria“ war groß, blitzsauber und absolut ruhig. Ich bin extrem geräuschempfindlich und habe wirklich keinen einzigen Ton von draußen oder den Nachbarn gehört.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Punkt: Auf dem Dach gab es ein technisches Gerät (wohl ein Druckausgleichsbehälter), das manchmal Klickgeräusche gemacht hat. Für die meisten Gäste ist das sicher kein Thema, aber ich bin da sehr sensibel. In zentraler Lage in einer arabischen Altstadt darf man das aber eigentlich nicht als „Mangel“ werten.

Pros:

Logement idéalement situé dans le centre historique et tout est à moins de 5 minutes en terme de visites .. Le logement est grand et la piscine agréable et indispensable vu la chaleur à Marrakech

I loved the location. Quiet but close to all the action

Cons:

The air conditioners were not properly working or working at all. In 115 degree weather in August it was definitely an inconvenience. Took a while for them to fix everything up and gave us another apartment in the meantime.

A great location. Very friendly staff. Pool is lovely. Good breakfast. But many issues in room.

The water in the sink and shower only drained very slowly. The shower doors were broken. The light above the bed was broken. These faults were reported but nothing was done about them.

Rooftop solarium in the medina.
Pros:

From the negative reviews that I read, I was a little apprehensive in booking this hotel, but we only had a very positive experience. Well done staff members.
Its location, 3minutes walk to Jemaa el Fnaa square.
Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Abdelkebir and Chayma who had breakfast organised each morning on the rooftop from 8.30 to 10.30 and 8am on the day we were leaving for the airport. Chayma also printed our boarding cards. Thank you both.
There was an issue with TV and AC/heater that was rectified immediately.
For a very busy souke street, it was extremely quiet at night and until 8.30 approx in the morning. The bedroom had double glazed windows that led to quietness.
Very spacious rooms with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Sufficient dishes and cutlery provided.
Towels and bed changed weekly.

Cons:

There was no AC/heater in the living room overlooking the street which never gets the sun and was cold in late evening.
Also, no double glazed window in living room which means much more noise could be heard.
No kettle or toaster.
