موقع ممتاز و لكن نظافة سيئة بنسبة لي ل عدم ازالة كيس القمامة للمقيم السابق . أرجوا بعدم تهاون في النظافة أبدا و ذالك لكس

Bad experience. Not up to standard
Pros:

Nothing. As room was very dirty and bathroom was not cleaned properly. We had to inform Reception to clean the bathroom and they did it. The intercom was not working and morning complimentary breakfast was not good. The hygiene is very bad in serving food at 5th floor. Very bad experience.

Not a recommended place to stay with family.
Pros:

Did not like anything in this hotel. I liked the location. It is close to the temple.

Cons:

1. No water for morning bath.
2. No breakfast.
3. No toilet paper in bathroom.
4. No phone in the room to contact reception.
5. TV did not work.
6. Staff seemed to have a couldn't care less attitude.
7. Manager blamed it all on "renovation in progress" and did not take any responsibility.
8. Hated the fact that they claim to have a "Star" rating. In reality it is just a third-rate motel.
