A comfortable small apartment, well equipped
Pros:

A tidy small apartment, with plenty of equipment and good cooking facilities. Good shower and air conditioning. Very comfortable. Great sunset views over the hills. Good strong WiFi.

Cons:

No complaints, except living space is a bit on the cramped side.

Would recommend staying at this property.
Pros:

The location was very good and the suite was spacious.

The only real issue was that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable for sitting to watch the tv.

Cosy, Comfortable, Convenient
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to big shopping malls and right on the main road.
The town is quiet and clean.
The room is small but comfortable with everything you need to cook, a ref, microwave, storage and a spacious bathroom.
Very clean with comfortable bed.
Jhezz also offert us affordable bikes for rent and is available for advice in the area.
Would love to stay again, thanks for everything!

We ended up booking somewhere else although we already paid in full for our 2 weeks stay
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The unit was in one of the top floors but you can still hear a lot of noise. During our stay there we didn't have even 1 good sleep, the construction beside the building was too noisy and there was no blackout curtain (only 1 that is see-through) so we had full sunlight in the main bedroom.

Great short stay for 4 days
Pros:

Check in and check out very easy. The apartment is very good equipped. It is near Festive Mall with a lot of possibilities to ride Jeepneys to several places of Iloilo.

Pros:

This is not my first time visiting the Philippines and it was my best experience, the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately. The apartment is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center, clean well-maintained pool and gym

We had a wonderful stay that we haven't detect the time. Amazing place with amazing people.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the place as well the room. The staffs are so polite and well mannered when talking to the clients. They are also honest in giving direction whenever we want to go out.

Urban studio with a nice view by Festive Walk in Ilo Ilo City
Pros:

Clean, accessible in a modern building with a nice view. The host was responsive and accommodating. The space, though an efficiency, was clean and felt like more than enough!

Cons:

Despite being a bit tiny, it had all the amenities and we really didn’t notice after a while. Very comfortable and surprisingly compact!

I loved my stay at Philippines / IloIlo where people are very friendly and helpfull!
Pros:

At the location there was not breakfast itself, but you can find +10 places with few minutes of walking to any kind of breakfast. Local or westerner.

Cons:

The room could be bit more cooler specially when the sun is shining directly inside. But other than that nothing else I could think that would be bad.

*Overall everything was very good I’ve been solo traveling for the last 5 weeks and this is by far the best place I have stayed.

Cons:

Everything at the facility was on point so no negatives to speak of.

Only slight negative was I stayed for a week and Iloilo was a little quiet. I went to Smallville several times which is a very short taxi ride and they had some good live bands. Maybe a long weekend would be more suitable.

Nice, clean, functional apartment in the Palladium. Great host.
Pros:

Jhezz's place is great. First, it was super clean. No weird smells at all. The apartment was, basically, as advertised. Everything worked reasonably well. Decent views into the distance. Jhezz is an amazing host, who, for me, went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me a little tour and showed me a few off-the beaten-path places. Some of my laundry was not delivered by the nearby laundromat, and Jhezz was kind to send it to me in Cebu. She responded quickly.

Cons:

One of the rooms just has two bunk beds in it and a fan. As a solo traveler, I didn't use that room at all. I imagine it would be useful if you have kids traveling with you. Some of the ornamentation was a little bit busy -- I just put stuff away and made the space for what I needed.

Cozy and homey place
Pros:

The place was walking distance to ICON, where our congress was held. It was also near the Festive Mall where there were varied restaurants. We appreciated the amenties provided such as distilled drinking water, condiments, toiletries. We were also able to use the pool and the gym. I would stay here again if I go back to Iloilo.

Pros:

I really do love the Palladium Tower. The apartment is near the festive walk. The room itself was brand new and had all necessary equipment that was needed to make the stay comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful.
