Una pesadilla
Pros:

Nada.
Sucio, frío, entraba iré por la puerta y ventana, pocas mantas, ni café de cortesía,ruidos por todos lados

Cons:

Todo
Sucio, frío, ruidoso, el colchón es tan duro que parece que duermes en el suelo
Todo cutre, y parece un polígono donde esta ubicado

Has potential but bad experience overall
Pros:

1. Comfy bed.
2. Air conditioning working well.

Cons:

1. Dirty and smelly sofa. Definitely needs to be changed.
2. No kitchen paper, no oil, no salt, no kitchen essentials basically.
3. To find things I had to look around everywhere. And when I found the air dryer it was dirty.

Overall, the apartment has potential but it is keep in bad conditions and not welcoming at all.

Gar nichts!

Cons:

Absolute Dreistigkeit, kein Schlüssel im Kasten gewesen!!! Keiner ging ans Telefon, auch nicht über WhatsApp, booking konnte den Besitzer auch nicht erreichen!

Wir hingen stundenlang mit vollem Einkauf im Auto und hatten nach 500km Fahrt keine Unterkunft, absolut dreist!

Wir glauben das war entweder ein Abzocke Versuch, oder einfach spanische mañana Faulheit?

Der Besitzer hat sich nie wieder gemeldet, keine Entschuldigung, gar nichts!

Gebt lieber 10€ mehr pro Nacht aus, die anderen Bewegungen sprechen für sich.

Und ACHTUNG runterherum werden komplett neue Wohnung gebaut, ein riesiges Bau Gebiet sicherlich noch extrem laut für die nächsten 1-2 Jahre, da bekommt man keine Ruhe.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en el bloque donde se sitúa el alojamiento.
Se rompió la puerta del parking y no pudimos sacar el coche hasta varias horas después de dar el aviso. Tuve que coger un taxi para poder realizar un examen de oposición. Fue un momento muy agustioso.
Luego dejo de funcionar el ascensor.
La escaleras que hay dentro del apartamento son bastante peligrosas y no todo el mundo puede subirlas.
Necesitas coche para ir a cualquier sitio. Esta en una zona en expansión.
Están construyendo un bloque de edificios en el solar de al lado y por consiguiente hay ruidos de obra.

Claro que volvería!
Pros:

El apartamento es sí es muy bonito, cómodo, tranquilo y en muy buenas condiciones de mantenimiento. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y muy atenta.

Cons:

No es nada grave, pero si se aumentar un poco el flujo de agua en la ducha sería fenomenal! Me sentiría como en casa! ;)

Perfecto para una estancia corta
Pros:

Es tal cual se ofrecio, muy limpio, tienetodo lo que necesitas.

Cons:

El colchon del sofa-cama podria ser mas comodo, pero no esta Mal para un par de noches.

La equipación, tenía de todo para unas vacaciones cómodas

No me gustó la limpieza precaria: váter con orina de los antiguos huéspedes, escobilla del baño con heces( toda llena de heces), suelo sucio lleno de pelos y muebles de la cocina llenos de grasa por fuera
