Eine Oase zum genießen

Das Hotel liegt idyllisch am See. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr reichhaltig. Eines der besten, die wir in México hatten. Der Kaffee wird im Hotel selbst geröstet! ¡Muchísimas gracias!

El Sr Juan y el Sr Julio muy atentos toda la estadio, jamás había experimentado un servicio tan bueno en ningún lugar, la comida espectacular, la infraestructura y todo en general, el mejor hotel boutique que he visitado.

Bonito hotel, deliciosa comida pero queda debiendo en servicios.
Pros:

Las habitaciones, el área de terraza y la alberca. La tarifa incluyó desayuno y la verdad ha sido de los mejores que he probado, todos quedamos más que satisfechos.

Cons:

Me parece que para el precio compite con hoteles tipo Hacienda Lago pero al momento de comparar lo que obtienes queda muy por debajo en servicios ofrecidos. Por ejemplo no hay T.V. supongo que intentan tener un concepto libre de entretenimiento digital, pro naturaleza, lo cual no está mal pero si es que ofrecieran mínimo un salón de juegos con billar, futbolito, juegos de mesa, etc. pues esperar que solo por sus instalaciones la gente se entretenga pues no, no son suficientes. El horario del restaurante para mi gusto muy limitado, lo mismo que de la alberca... no fue buena opción en viaje familiar, como que no piensan mucho en los niños ni en los adolescentes.

We had an amazing two nights here, it’s a hidden gem and a little slice of heaven!
Pros:

The property is stunning inside and out, from the pool, down to the lake. The grounds are so pretty and it’s very relaxing and peaceful. The owner Raffael and staff took very good care of us during our stay and were helpful with local knowledge of the area. Our room was luxurious with fluffy pillows with a huge comfortable bed and the views of the lake were amazing.
