Für eine Nacht ist es gut. Abgesehen von der Brücke kann man da nicht viel sehen oder machen.

Vraiment un super endroit: très propre, confortable et très bien placé pour visiter. On est loin du surtourisme.

Clean, friendly staff, and big Japanese-style tatami and futon rooms which are wonderful to relax in. Well-stocked kitchen and a selection of vintage 90s video games to check out. Great location near the rope bridge and in the beautiful valley. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It’s a really cute place! I got a huge room with a nice view. The bathroom was amazing. The staff members were very kind, especially one lady who tried to help another traveler with hiking and bus advice, despite the language barrier. I recommend the restaurant down the road also, quite tasty!

The guesthouse was very conveniently located near the vine bridge. The room we boked have plenty of space for our family of 4. The guesthouse owner was vey kind and was able to arrange dinner at a local restaurant the evening we arrived. As many establishments close early, we really appreciated his help. He also provided us with some ideas of things to do in the area. . It was a very traditional Japanese inn and while it was not fancy, it was very clean and comfortable. Be aware the shower and bathroom are shared, but everything was very clean.

This is a beautifully kept traditional guest house in the middle of the Iya Valley, right behind one of the famous vine bridges. The owner is also super nice and helpful and has good advice about activities and places in the area. The bathrooms are spacious and the common areas well-equipped. Bonus points for the retro gaming corner.
Although there is a bus, I would recommend coming here by car as it's much more convenient. There are two small supermarkets nearby, but if you want to buy more it's a 20 minute drive to the next bigger supermarket.
Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely come here again.

A simple but lovely guesthouse in Japanese style with shared facilities. Kitchen offers tea/coffee biscuits and self cooking facilities if needed. It's quiet and remote with a couple of restaurants nearby. Relaxed place to stay. You will need a car!

They have a lounge open for everyone to use. The location is very good near the vine bridges and the waterfall. The staff also actively offer very helpful suggestions.
