Nice hotel
Pros:

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is nicely renovated, with everything looking clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality. The location is decent, especially if you have a car, as it’s easy to reach all the main spots.

Cons:

They are not pet-friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! My wife invited me for a romantic week-end. Place was nasty ! Bad food. Nice pictures online. Hotel is ONE HOUR DRIVE FROM THE CITY CENTER of Nice. It is MOTEL Turned into hôtel. Very dusty - location on the crossroad of the freeway. HORRIBLE.

Un séjour toujours parfait au Servotel de Nice !
Depuis plus de 3 ans, nous revenons chaque été et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir. Le service est exceptionnel :
• Petit déjeuner : Pascal, véritable maître du service cinq étoiles et roi du petit déjeuner, accueille chaque matin avec élégance et efficacité. Frédéric et Tatiana complètent l’équipe avec gentillesse et disponibilité, rendant ce moment toujours agréable.
• Restaurant, bar et piscine : Mention spéciale au chef cuisinier pour ses bons menus! Philippe, le maître d’hôtel, et sa brillante équipe : Raphaël, maître des cocktails, du relationnel et du service client, sait créer une ambiance conviviale et attentionnée. Esteban (notre coup de cœur), jeune apprenant toujours serviable et attentif, ajoute une touche de spontanéité et de sympathie qui fait toute la différence.
• Accueil : Marc, conteur d’histoire et véritable maître de l’accueil, donne le ton dès l’arrivée par sa bonne humeur, son professionnalisme. Mara et Jade se distinguent par leur sourire et leur efficacité, tandis qu’Anne, la « reine des bons plans », sait toujours conseiller avec pertinence. Alex complète cette équipe avec une grande disponibilité.
• Ménage : Sous la supervision d’Olga, la « patronne », tout est impeccable. Emma contribue également à maintenir un niveau de propreté, ce qui assure un confort total durant le séjour.

Une équipe formidable ( on espère avoir oublié personne) qui fait toute la différence. Merci à tous, et à l’été prochain !
