Important information:

Please note that at dinner gentlemen are required to wear long trousers, and shirts or T-shirts with sleeves.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free in a room with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Esperienza davvero molto positiva. Struttura curata, camere pulite e confortevoli, servizio attento e staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Si percepisce grande attenzione verso l’ospite e questo fa la differenza.

Detto questo, il vero grande plus della struttura è senza dubbio la cucina. Dalla colazione alla cena, ogni proposta è stata impeccabile: qualità, attenzione, continuità e cura davvero rare da trovare. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff di cucina e di sala, perché mantenere questo livello con costanza non è affatto semplice.

Pros:

Гарні, просторі номери. Гарна їжа, гарний ігровий зал. Гарне розташування та природа. Поряд магазин продуктовий. Теплий басейн, що дуже важливо та океан поруч. Щоденне прибирання та привітний персонал. Окрема вдячність хлопцю, який на рецепції говорив на російській мові.

Cons:

Над розвагами треба ще працювати. Розваги в основному для малих дітей. Дітям 11 та 15 років було нудно. Тільки в останній день нашого перебування, було весело, була жива музика та танці до 22:30.

Výborné jídlo, skvělá poloha hned u pláže. Čisté pokoje.

Švábi ve venkovních prostorách - což je ale na Kanárech normální, těžko s tím hotel něco udělá

Fajny, miły hotel. Spokojna okolica, ale wszędzie w miarę blisko. Smaczne jedzenie. Baseny super, jeden podgrzewany, robi robotę. POLECAM

Pros:

Schöne Anlage, mit Erwachsenembereich sm Pool.Alles sauber und ordentlich.
Essen war gut Restaurant etwas laut.
Getränke zu kaufen beim Essen fast nicht möglich, oder etwas schlecht erklärt

Piscine chauffée ! Resto! Plage à côté.
Une partie du personnel super sympa, d'autres n'aiment clairement pas leur job. Lit super grand au top.

Cons:

Horaires piscine 10h-18h où on se fait sortir militari par les maitre nageurs. Maîtres nageurs qui d'ailleurs regardent le smartphone plutôt que la piscine. Même pas le droit a un verre de vin en mangeant en demi pension. Bof bof.
