The view from the room was very nice and the sound proof of the room was excellent. The modern interior was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The sofa near the window was very nice to watch the world go by. It was useful to have a fridge in the room and tea facilities were provided .
The washing machine didn’t work. The shower had barely any pressure and the water did not heat up to a sensible degree meaning you had the choice of a cold shower or no shower. The aircon was cold even when it was set to heat. Cleaning was requested via the signage but they forgot to clean the room so on returning to the room we had to contact reception to at least provide towels and empty the bin.
The residence tower is located in a quiet neighborhood, still have nice restaurants around. Very surprise to find Tim Hortons around the corner.
Most of the taxi drivers did not know how to come through to the residence tower.
The security guards and housekeeping staff were very nice and polite. The room was spacious, had a nice city view and was clean.
The rooms have no handwash or soap to wash hands with, it’s very unhygienic when you turn up to not have any soap at all. The kitchen area in the larger rooms are good and spacious but lack any stove or microwave to heat food. Front of house staff weren’t always very polite or professional, some were helpful and some weren’t. I understand there’s a language barrier but there’s no need to laugh at a customer asking questions. The construction outside is noisy and you have to walk around to get anywhere as well and no swimming pool
Some of the stuff helped us for directions and ordered a driver to leave to the airport last day which was helpful.
Amazing room but unfortunately bad service.
We booked a served apartment room with kitchen to use the kitchen and cook.
Once we arrived after check in we didn't find anything to use for cooking No even pan, spones, dishes Nothing.
The hotel stuff kept telling us we only give kitchen items for cooking for long stay term like two month or more and we booked just 6 Nights and we booked this place because it has a kitchen .. so weird and they wasted our first day.!
After negotiation for two hours they sent us some kitchen items and the bad thing and not appropriate they forced us to sign a paper with the number of dishes, pans we received which was not appropriate at all + they collected a deposit from us !!!!
The room service for cleaning was the worst ever .. they leave two bottles of water and change towels that's it.
They don't clean the kitchen and the sheet bed not changed and we had to request to change it from the reception.
Overall a bad experience & Not Recommended to book.

All the staff were very good , except for one lady , I cannot tell her name , because just for one person I cannot judge and comment on the whole staff.

Basic rooms. Bit expensive for what it was. Staff wasn't helpful and rude. Won't stay next time. Heaps of other nicer places around

Close enough to train. Fairly spacious. Felt modern and clean. Overall pretty happy with our stay.
Didn't have some basic amenities like hand soap or cutlery. Didn't clean cups with daily room service, and no dishsoap was provided to do ourselves.
