Superschöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer, Brötchenservice

Cons:

Punktabzug bei der Sauberkeit, da sollte etwas mehr drauf geachtet werden, man sollte keine Angst vor Spinnen haben, die sind an jedem Fenster und auf der Terrasse mehrfach vorhanden, die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig

Luxurious, modern, atmospheric apartment by the Baltic Sea and little beach
Pros:

It is a modern and very light apartment with beautiful furniture, plates, bowls, glasses and such, and lovely atmosphere. The location by the beach is superb, although the rest of Lolland does not offer all that much variety or things to see. (I do recommend the Middelaldercentret in Nykøbing Falster; and cycling along the coast and to Frejlev Skov and then all the way to the north coast there - a forest with stones in cirkels marking old graves.) It's nice to walk right out of the apartment for a swim, and the views are lovely when the sky turns pink or orange. The kitchen is very complete, it's easy to make full-on meals on the good electric stove. It's nice to be able to sit outside both downstairs as well as upstairs. The large TV has Netflix as well as regular channels. Check-in is possible quite early so then you still have a big portion of the afternoon there.

Cons:

I booked for 4 nights as seemed available on Booking.com. But the host cancelled the first night which I found very disappointing. Then without discussing it first he moved the entire booking a day later, so that it was still 4 nights but arriving and departing a day later. But I did not want that because I already had multiple other plans and bookings after Nysted. So unfortunately I ended up having only 3 nights, needing to book yet another place for that first night, and packing more often than I wanted.
As other reviewers have said it is a bit strange that electricity is paid extra but perhaps they get guests who use extreme amounts if they don't do this. For me it was about €6 worth for 4 days, he said it was a record for the lowest usage, even though I sometimes showered twice a day (after bike rides).
The shower was broken and could only be super hot. A day later I was able to force the knob to a more acceptable temperature. The owner was going to replace the entire system after I left, so hopefully that is no longer a problem.
If you are really 6 people (and not used to seeing each other shower or pee for example) then it may sometimes be inconvenient that the toilet is in the bathroom.
