Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Breakfast is served: Mon-Fri 07:00-11:00, Sat-Sun 08:00-12:00. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. Liked the design, pure lines, no useless ornamentation. Nice size fridge; low noise AC; good blow dryer; complete set of dishes, glassware, etc. Great parking with reservation and ease of app.
Outdoor chairs uncomfortable without cushions on the seats (there were no cushions); space between window and bed very very tight for accessing; lack of place to put "stuff" on sink in bathroom; no ice tray to make ice; website could say to bring your own ground coffee (or could you get it from the bar downstairs...included? Not clear).
Typical post-COVID hotel experience.
* Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 10:00.
* Absolutely nothing in the room. No tea, no coffee, not even a small complimentary bottle of water. No cooking oil in the kitchenette.
* Very very small room.
* The room is for two people, yet there is only one stool on the balcony.
* The bathroom seems to have been designed by a madman. The faucet is so long that most of the water splashes outside the sink.
* The 17 chf is a joke, boiled egg and a stale croissant
Appartamento moderno, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi. Procedura di self check in molto facile e pratica. Posizione centralissima, di fronte al parco Ciani. Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio della struttura ma è stato semplice trovarlo nelle vicinanze. Assolutamente consigliato!
Localisation parfaite et aménagement de belle facture (équipement sdb, cuisine). Terrasse top et très appréciée pour notre part.

Fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede locatie. Tegen betaling mogelijk om parkeerplaats bij te boeken, zowel binnen als buiten. Let wel op bij binnen parkeren moet de auto in een lift en dat zijn beperkte afmetingen.
In de badkamer was geen douche schuim etc. aanwezig. Misschien ‘per ongeluk’, naar erg onhandig, want er is geen bemande receptie.
We thought the room was very comfortable, having AC was great and the free laundry room was also a massive benefit.
More info about the check in process ahead of time would be nice, but all around a good stay and would come back.

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Apartment war eher klein, aber reichte vollkommen aus für diese 4 Tage.
Die Matratze war sehr weich, aber ist wohl für jeden anders. Zudem war die Bettdecke eher klein für zwei Personen.
