Ich weiß nicht was schief gelaufen ist, das Formular zum Check in haben wir weder von der Apartmend oder von booking bekommen. Wir mussten vor der Türe 2 Stunden warten, bis wir den PIN bekommen haben und die information am Tel. Von Aperrmend war nur auf englisch..
Booking Info verwies uns zur zentrale !!!!!!!!. Für diesen Preis hätte man eine Flasche Wasser und zwei kaffeekapseln legen sollen.
Finde sehr schlecht, dass man den Tessin Tickets nicht zur Verfügung stellt für diesen Preis.
Vor der buchen hieß es aber nicht so.Das war eine SEHR SEHR SEHR GROSSE ENTÄUSCHUNG. Diese 2 Tage haben uns sehr viel gekostet. Weil wir 6 mal zw. Lugano und Locarno pendeln mussten. Muss mir überlegen ob ich und meine Freunde weiter bei Booking reisen buchen werde.

Check-in process was terrible, we asked repeatedly for the check-in instructions and got nothing back from the team. Finally while we are in front of the hotel, after sending all the passport information which was very painstaking, we heard nothing back from the team on our entrance code. We had to chase via email and phone, when a lady eventually answered and told us she was unable to give us the code by phone! We had to wait patiently some more, to eventually get the. code through our email. Terrible experience after such a long trip and very unwelcoming team.

I had a slight problem with the self check in that I only discovered at the last moment that I had to download an app to fully register the booking and receive the self check in code needed to access the room.
I had a further problem in that when I arrived at 10pm at the accommodation, I tried to access the main door of the hotel using the supplied code, however the code was invalid. Thankfully another guest arrived shortly afterwards and their code worked to enter the hallway and it was only then that I saw on a sign on the wall showing which rooms were on which floor next to the lift, that it stated that my room was accessed from out side the hotel. I exited the hotel and wandered around in the dark looking for another door to enter and eventually I found a door at the rear of the hotel which had an illuminated keypad. Using the torch on my phone I saw the door had a number on it, great, this was my room and the code worked on the keypad. Terrific, easy when you know how! Perhaps a sign at the main entrance explaining this would have helped, or some info on the email when receiving the code, would have made the self check in to these external access rooms less stressful while arriving late at night in the dark, not being able to access your room and no staff to ask for help.

Quite expensive for size of room.
