Monteurzimmer außerhalb der Innenstadt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei heißen Tagen von Vorteil ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zudem Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um eine bessere Monteur-Unterkunft, die ca. eine Stunde außerhalb der Innenstadt liegt, wenn der ÖPNV genutzt wird. Fährt die S-Bahn allerdings nicht, muss auf private Fahrdienste umgestiegen werden.

It’s alright
Pros:

It was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find.

Cons:

Expensive because of the trifecta of DFB finale, TWICE concert and the carnival.

Pros:

Stayed there during the courses in a clinic nearby. So, not very far from clinic. Around just residential area.
Lidl is nearby.

Cons:

At first it was very difficult to find the entrance. Looks some kind of tricky. Clean enough but questionable. Extremely bad smell in apartment from the toilet and pipes. No hairdryer.

Есть кухонные приборы: элетроплитка, холодильник, кофейник, чайник, микроволновка, кондиционер.

Cons:

Отсутствие фена, зеркало в ванной комнате висит очень высоко (подойдет для 2-х метровых людей), очень холодный номер был, батареи выкручены на ноль, комната нагревалась примерно два часа. До центра добираться около одного часа.

Cleanliness - actually surpassed my expectations after seeing the entrance door on the ground floor in the backyard of a lackluster looking building.

Cons:

Noise from neighboring units and from the stairs to the second floor.
Other guests smoking in the backyard, a few meters from my windows, because the backyard was small.

War o. K., wenn man keine großen Ansprüche an Komfort hat.
Pros:

Für einen Krankenbesuch im Vivantes Klinikum war die Lage ideal. Auch die Möglichkeit der Verpflegung war durch die nahen Märkte gut.

Cons:

Bei meiner Abreise am Mittwochmorgen kam ich nicht weg, weil ein Handwerkertransporter einem Meter zu nah am Tor geparkt hatte. So kam ich bei der Abreise in den Berufsverkehr, was ich vermeiden wollte.
