Pros:

Líbilo se nám velmi klidné prostředí (možná to bylo dáno termínem mimo sezónu). Přívětivý personál. Férové chování hotelu, který poskytl možnost návštěvy wellness v jiném místě, protože hotelový wellness byl uzavřen z technických důvodů. Velmi mile jsme byli překvapeni terasou, kde jsme si užili první jarní teplé sluníčko. Měli jsme polopenzi a snídaně i večeře -byly výborné a z bohatého výběru.

Kellemes szállás , de nem szeretnénk téli idoszakban újra elmenni.
Pros:

Ételek finomak voltak.

Cons:

A medence nem volt tiszta. Nincs szorakozási lehetoség rossz idoben. Ha késobb érkezunk reggelire már nincs toltve péksutemény .

Pros:

It’s beautiful, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, the pool is clean and with a bodyguard, the food is delicious. You can really relax here

Cons:

1. If you decide to have dinner or breakfast in the second half of the schedule you won’t find food. I don’t want to wake up early during vacation just to have food. If breakfast is until 10 and dinner until 9 then there should be enough food until 10 and 9.
2. The staff doesn’t speak any English. Like they don’t even understand numbers or simple things like hi and bye. Very confusing

szuper volt minden a szállás a wellness és az ételek is. udvarias, kedves személyzet. Ajánlom

Kedvesek, előzékenyek, udvariasak.. finom ételek.....minden rendben volt. szivesen ajánlom másoknak is.

Cons:

Kicsit rá kellett fizetni az előre lefoglalt és kifizetett szállásra...

Már harmadszor jártunk a Kastélyszállóban.
Gyönyörű környezet, nagyon kedves személyzet, finom ételek.

S pobytem a službami jsme byli velmi spokojeni, hotel se nachází v klidné lokalitě nedaleko termálních lázni Kehida. Výborná kuchyně a čistota ve všech prostorách hotelu jsou opravdu kladem tohoto hotelu.

Cons:

Jako majitel elektromobilu bych ocenil wallbox pro nabíjení elektromobilů v areálu parkoviště pro hosty hotelu.
