Pros:

Struttura comodissima, stanza accogliente e molto pulita. Dotata di tutti i comfort. La comunicazione con la struttura e le modalità di erogazione delle informazioni veramente efficace e veloce.

Cons:

Unica pecca la mia stanza si affacciava su La Brea quindi di notte il rumore delle macchine è stato molto fastidioso.
Sicuramente le camere interne non avranno questo problema.

One of the most delightful places I’ve stayed.
Pros:

Extending my stay was easy the maids leave the property clean and well organized. I stay in hotels for one day for work a lot and this has to be one of my favorite places to stay.

A acomodação é boa, não gostei da estrutura do local.

Estacionamento muito caro.

A acústica é ru, estávamos em um quarto no primeiro piso e ouvíamos tudo o que acontecia no quarto.

Convenient and reliable apartment in Hollywood
Pros:

The apartment and building were just as described and pictured. It was useful to have a kitchen. The location was convenient. Everything worked well. The check-in process and arranging for parking was easy.

Cons:

My room overlooked a street with a lot of traffic and it took me a couple days to adjust to the noise.

Parking was a bit tough getting in and out with van or big car. Gate opens inward when you exit. If you're not back up in time, the gate might hits your car.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

LOCATION can't be beat! Didn't realize there was no elevator. But when we arrived, a wonderful cleaner gave us directions and took our luggage's to the top of the stairs. Don't know her name, but would like to thank her.

Overall, a great experience at Quintessence and would stay there again. Thank you 😊

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Most of the things we needed were readily available. Hook at the back of bathroom door would have been nice. Bathroom soaps were so so but usable. Maybe a topper for the pullout sofa would make it more comfortable? But very glad you had one!

Bed and pillows were really comfortable , as well cleaning was great
The cleaning lady was really kind and friendly

Cons:

Should check the plumbing or water pipes, whenever bathroom or kitchen faucet are used , there’s always a strong unpleasant odor coming from it .
