Отель очень понравился:) заселись без проблем, на стойке регистрации есть вода, парковочное место желательно бронировать если вы на машине, так как места ограничены. Вечером можно на нулевом этаже поиграть в настольные игры. Для детей много игр, а также можно выиграть подарок. Завтрак хороший для всех есть выбор. В номере очень чисто, постельное белье чистое и достаточное количество полотенца.

Cons:

Ужасная ситуация произошла в буфете на завтраке. У нас был оплачен завтрак за 4 человек, за 2 х детей и 2 х взрослых. Дети только проснулись и у них не было аппетита. Они взяли по бутерброду, откусили и положили на стол. Очень было жалко их в мусорку выбрасывать и решили завернуть в салфетки и унести с собой, так как зная наших детей, через 10-15 минут они сказали бы что голодные. Мы граждане Германии но с детьми говорим на русском, и уходя из кафе нам работник кафе сказала что за это надо заплатить, на русском языке. То есть я должна заплатить за то что мы уже оплатили! Это бред! При чем это замечание сделано было так хамски и громко, что для всех гостех которые завтракали это было прям шоу! И это сделано все по национальному признаку, и этому человеку сделавшему такое замечание для начала нужно научиться быть корректным и уважительным к гостям. И не важно на каком языке они говорят.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und durch die Sonneneinstrahlung sehr stickig. Schade, dass es keine Außen Verschattung an den Fenstern gibt.

매우 다양한 종류의 아침식사로 매우매우 만족함, 특히 야채 및 치즈 과일등이 다양하여 만족하였음 조식만으로 이 호텔은 최고임, 그래서 아이들과 함께온 가족단위의 투숙객들이 많음, 호텔건너편에 실내암벽등반시설이 있고 저녁8시 이후에는 가격이 쌈, 저녁 10시까지이니 한번쯤 즐겨보는것도 나쁘지 않음
