Lovely space to enjoy Siem Reap and relax.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. The breakfast was very good and the pool was lovely. We liked the location it was near shops and restaurants and easy to get picked up by tour groups.

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and the bathrooms very dated but the rooms were kept very clean.

Pros:

Great pool, greenery and staff! The hall in the entrance is magnificent too.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful, they couldn't do enough for us. Moa and the rest of the front desk team were great. Breakfast was good. Pool was fab.

Cons:

There was no working TV, even though there was one in the room. Internet was very hit and miss in the room. We felt these two items should have been available, especially for long stay longer stay guests. We stayed for 3 weeks.

Cons:

The property presents itself as a 4-star residence, but the rooms are quite modest. The linen was dirty, and despite being three guests, we were only provided with two bottles of water. Most importantly, the staff does not seem properly trained to take care of guests.
Upon arrival, we requested a packed breakfast since we had to leave the hotel at 4 a.m. to join a tour, but in the end, nothing was prepared for us. Instead of offering a solution to this inconvenience — such as arranging the packed meal — we had to insist on getting a two-hour late check-out, which is clearly not an equivalent compensation.
Additionally, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., there was drilling work in a room near ours, making it impossible to rest.
Overall, we are quite disappointed. The entire team seems to lack proper communication, which negatively affected our whole stay. We would not recommend this accommodation.

Minden elvárásnak megfelelt.
Pros:

A szállás személyzete nagyon kedves volt, mindig figyeltek arra, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Szerintem a reggeli lehetne bőségesebb, de összességében rendben volt az is. Ár-érték arányában pedig kiváló szálláshely!

Gute Lage sowohl zu den Tempelanlagen, als auch in die Stadt. Zimmer in Ordnung auch ausreichend groß, das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Pros:

Top Hotel, großzügiges Zimmer mit Badewanne. Aufmerksames, immer freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Balkon ist nur etwa 50 cm breit, und Zimmerlänge lang. Nicht wirklich brauchbar.

Pros:

L'emplacement, la beauté de la piscine et son jardin. La bienveillance du personnel ,son efficacité et le sourire Kmer toujours présent, sachant que ce personnel travaille avec efficacité pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Bon petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif . Seul bémol la télé ne fonctionnait pas , pour un problème d'abonnement. Cet hôtel est à recommander !
