Even though the room was non-smoking but it comes with a strong odour which was not pleasant.

La atención del personal es sobresaliente, Laura y su equipo están al pendiente de que estes bien y preguntarte so necesitas algo. El hotel es sencillo pero tiene lo que uno necesita, habitaciónes amplias y un buen aire acondicionado. El desayuno es un bono extra. Esta lejos de la zona de bares pero es justo lo que estábamos buscando

Facilities need to be fixed, toilet in our room was clogged and bathtub looked old. Anyway, they switched us to another room.

Pros:

What i liked the most was the extremely friendly staff. I felt supported and I could count on them to help me with any doubts I had. The tour services and airport pickup worked seamlessly.

Cons:

The property in itself was a little outdated, bathroom a bit small and water pressure & temperature of the shower were not the best. But personally this didn’t bother me.

Mi estancia ha sido excelente. Desde el primer día me he sentido como en casa.

Todo el personal ha sido extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza ha sido impecable durante toda la estancia. Me hicieron la habitación todos los días y no tuve el más mínimo problema.

El desayuno y la comida han sido muy buenos. Además, me llamó especialmente la atención la limpieza de la cocina y el cuidado con el que trabajan los cocineros, siempre utilizando guantes y manteniendo unas condiciones higiénicas excelentes.

La relación calidad-precio es magnífica. Por todo ello, recomiendo este hotel sin ninguna duda y volvería a alojarme aquí si regreso a Siem Reap.

Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que mi estancia fuera tan agradable.
