駅や日産スタジアムからも近く立地は良かった。
冷房の効きが悪いのと、冷蔵庫もあまり冷えない。浴槽の高さが高すぎる。部屋もツインでも狭いし、椅子が一つしかない。
ランドリーがない。
立地の良さは今回の目的には最高でした。
駐車場がないのと、３人で泊まったが、ベッド2つしかない事
遅めのチェックインで短い滞在でしたが、スタッフの方が親切で安心できた。子ども向けに（色鉛筆や玩具）貸し出しグッズもあり、子どもが大変喜んでいた。
シャワーをかける金具がゆるんでおり、ガタガタとして使いづらかった。

The size of the room.
The hotel is very close to Shin-Yokohama station, and easy to find. Everything was very clean and the location was quiet.
Close to train station. Large rooms
Cold Bento Breakfast is a disgrace.
The proximity to shops and restaurants as well as the Shin Yokohama station made it very convenient when travelling.
It was good clean and the staff are very welcome and kind❤️
No parking for big car
