Von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisen waren diese Tage perfekt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Team, stets freundlich und bemüht den Gast zu verwöhnen. Tolle Zimmer, sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Super Frühstück, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben wären noch die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service vorallem Sascha mit seiner lockeren humorvollen Art. Da fühlt man sich als Gast gleich nochmal so gut aufgehoben und verwöhnt.Auch unsere Hündin ila war herzlich willkommen und bekam Leckerlis und Streicheleinheiten. Der Chef des Hauses steht auch selbst in der Küche und das sind 10 von 10 Sterne. Es war grandios jeden Abend dieses perfekte Erlebnis von Gaumenschmaus.... Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Das Abendessen war gut, die Kinderportionen überraschend gross. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl inklusive gekochte Eier, Rührei und Speck. Auch für die Kinder hat es einiges auf dem Buffet.
Kaffee und Tee gibt es im Aufenthaltsraum zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit kostenlos.
Unser Kurzaufenthalt war sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Weil der Mobile-Empfang in diesem Tal sehr bescheiden ist, sollte das W-Lan im Hotel besser ausgestattet sein. Leider war im Zimmer der W-Lan-Empfang sehr schlecht.

Leider waren die Zimmer insgesamt sehr alt, und auf den alten Betten war es wirklich sehr unbequem zu schlafen.

Im Zimmer hat alles geknarrt, das Bett war klein und extrem unbequem.
Auf den Fotos wirkten die Zimmer modern und neu, genau deshalb haben wir uns für diese Buchung entschieden. In Wirklichkeit entsprach das Zimmer jedoch nicht den Bildern.

Das Essen war hingegen sehr lecker, das hat uns gut gefallen.
Auch der Service war hervorragend – das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
