For that price - excellent
Pros:

Right by tram stop. Good location & neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. In the main location (the apartments are a short walk away).

Cons:

Parking difficult - had to park in the street (free) some 5 min. walk away.

Für kurze Übernachtungen super, für längere Aufenthalte ist etwas Nachholbedarf gefordert.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die für den Preis sehr geräumige Ferienunterkunft, auch die in der Nähe befindlichen Läden und Verkehrsanbindungen liegen in zentraler Nähe. Die/der Rezeptionist*in waren freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr sauber gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsuche und das auffinden der Unterkunft war etwas mühselig, jedoch machbar. Was uns vor allem gestört hat, waren die fehlenden Gardienen im Wohnzimmer, was einen oft nicht gewollten Blicken vom Nachbarn auf sich hatte, der ggü. der Unterkunft (ca. 5 - 7m entfernt) einfach ins Wohnzimmer durch die Küchenfenster reinschauen konnte. Des Weiteren sind der Nacht sind ständig Autos zum und vom Innenhof an uns vorbei gefahren was Nachts nicht nur laut sondern auch sehr hell und störend war. Des Weiteren war die Wohnung alles in allem sehr warm, obwohl sämtliche Heizelemente ausgeschaltet waren (lag vielleicht am darunterliegenden Heiz/ Technikraum (?)). Die genannten Punkte sind zwar etwas ärgerlich, jedoch nicht weiter schlimm in Anbetracht dessen, das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Gefährlich fanden wir jedoch den abmontierten Feuermelder im Vorraum unserer Ferienunterkunft. Sollte dort ein Feuer ausbrechen, könnte man die Ferienunterkunft nicht verlassen und wäre im schlimmsten Fall eingesperrt. (Bilder anbei) Wenn die Unterkunft für Gäste vorbereitet wird, dann müssen die Betreiber oder spätestens die Reinigungskräfte dieses offensichtliche Problem gesehen haben.

Prima accommodatie voor een nachtje

Het was erg netjes en schoon!

Cons:

Het was een beetje zoeken naar ons appartement, de meneer bij de check-in was een druk denk ik? En zei; ja uh gewoon terug naar de hoofdstraat. Tja als je net aankomt heb je geen idee.

Er staat een bedbank (niet erg comfortabel) in de woonkamer, en er was 1 slaapkamer met 2p bed. Dus met 2 kleine kinderen was het niet erg handig. Dus al met al prima voor een nachtje.

En de keuken was nog niet af(gewerkt)...

Naja das Appartement war sehr sauber

Cons:

Die Wohnungstür war undicht und lichtdurchlässig,
Im Treppenhaus wurde geraucht und wir als Asthmatiker hatten Probleme mit dem Qualm ab 7 Uhr morgens.
Sehr hellhörig.
Die Ausstattung wie Föhn fing an zu stinken nach Gebrauch und die möbel im Apartment 6 sehr renovierungsbedürftig
