Pros:

Great location near the center of Darmstadt, but still quiet. The room was large and had a wardrobe, TV, and table. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, plates, and cutlery. The balcony was nice (though shared with the neighboring room).

Cons:

No staff visible during the entire 7-day stay. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper ran out quickly, so plan to bring your own. It was also unclear whether towels and bed sheets would be changed for longer stays. The bed was not very comfortable and one side seemed broken. Towels were stained and the floor was not clean. The bathtub is slippery, which caused a fall.

Mein Apartment war insgesamt wohnlich, nach hinten und ruhig, Kleinigkeiten fehlten/störten
Pros:

Gestaltung der Einrichtung von A 3.4 - farblich und in der Aufteilung besser als in anderen Räumen

Cons:

Geschirr unvollständig, eine WC-Taste defekt, Spülung schloss nicht richtig, machte Geräusche eine Schublade im Bad schmutzig, fehlende stabile Kleiderbügel an der Garderobe, ein Handtuch mit Löchern, für Müll keine Ersatztüten, kein zweites Geschirrhandtuch, kein Wischlappen
Keine Ansprechpartner an der Rezeption!!! Treppenhaus nicht sauber, Teppichstange lose, ein Türstopper zum Fahrstuhl rausgerissen

Lage super, Service ausbaufähig

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, das Ambiente des Hause ist sehr angenehm, der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Leider kein Personal vor Ort,
Sehr zeitaufwendig alle Infos im Internet zusammenzutragen.
Bad sehr klein und eng.
Bei Fragen war niemand erreichbar. Erst am Abreisetag nach 4 Tagen meldete sich die Managerin und war dann recht bemüht uns entgegenzukommen.

De accommodatie was netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Niemand aanwezig/bereikbaar in weekend. Een week boven de 30 graden zonder airco is niet te doen op de bovenste verdieping. Voor parkeren moest extra worden betaald €15,- per dag , dit was niet voorzien. Er is geen privé balkon, iedereen kan langskomen. Er is erg veel verkeersherrie in de omgeving. Het appartement was veel kleiner dan op de foto.

Cons:

In der Kommunikation gab es einige Mängel. Die Verlängerung der Buchung wurde anscheinend vom Hotel übersehen. In letzter Sekunde konnte man das klären, allerdings bekamen wir dann für die erste Nacht statt zwei gebuchten Zimmern nur eines und das auch noch in einer viel kleineren Kategorie als gebucht und bezahlt. Das Zusatzbett wurde außerdem leider auch erst nach 3 Tagen entfernt.

Gute Ausgangslage für die Erkundung der Mathildenhöhe
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, wenn man die Mathildenhöhe erkunden will. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß dort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten hin und konnten dort gut sitzen und uns entspannen.

Cons:

Das Bett war für uns (66/71 Jahre alt) zu schmal und zu weich. Das war aber der einzige Nachteil, sonst ist die Ausstattung gut bzw., wenn etwas fehlt, kann man es bei Nachfrage erhalten.
