Pros:

La posizione, la cortesia e velocità di risposta dello Staff. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario, meno che i tovaglioli.

Cons:

La pulizia non era per niente in regola, non c’è mai stato alcun cambio asciugamani. La struttura ha fra l’altro una insonorizzazione pessima, abbiamo avuto fatica a dormire a causa del casino di alcune persone che era udibile perfettamente, proprio a causa di questa pessima insonorizzazione. Aprire le porte era complicatissimo, la serratura era veramente fastidiosa.

A very clean centrally located apartment with a very helpful receptionist.
Pros:

Location , windows looking onto trees, lift, friendly reception and seamless check-in. Daily rooms cleaning (even asked if we wanted extra towels).

Cons:

Kitchen poorly supplied. No wine glasses but were supplied when we asked but strangely the following day one was taken back. TV screens could be a little bigger than a computer screen.
