Pros:

Wie jedes Jahr ein super Zimmer in einem Hotel mit dem besten Frühstück was ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Dieses mal hatte ich Zimmer 107 und ich mag die Zimmer in den Innenhof mit kleinem Balkon.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, die Minibar enthält 4 verschiedene Getränke und wird täglich neu befüllt- im Preis inbegriffen. Super Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren fast alle unfreundlich und haben nicht einmal die Grundzüge des Umgangs mit Hotelgästen verstanden. Ein Mitarbeiter war eine Ausnahme, er hat auch mal gelächelt und freundlich gegrüßt.

Pros:

Die Fußgängerzone und das Schloss sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück war lecker. Vom Parkhaus kommt man direkt ins Hotel.

Tolle Lage, sauberes Hotel, gutes Hotel für Kurztrip nähe Karlsruhe Innenstadt
Pros:

Tolle Lage, in 5-6min in der Innenstadt. Leckeres Frühstück, tolles Personal beim Frühstück, alles fährt sauber. Für ein 1-2 Nächte und ein Karlsruhebummel top! Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Eine etwas „festere“ Rezeptionistin war super launisch und nicht sehr freundlich (etwas patzige Antworten). Dafür war der ältere Herr mit grauen kurzen Haaren und der jüngere etwas feste Mann super super toll, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
