Wirklich toll

Best place to stay for a family with small kids
Pros:

It is the best place to go with small kids in the Dolomites. it’s safe enough for children to roam around unattended. Sidney at the reception was amazing, as was Antonio and Farnouch at the restaurant. The cleaning lady on floor 3 is the best!

Cons:

The taxis to and from the hotel were too expensive. It was an average of €100 per trip per way.

A terrible trip
Pros:

On the evening of December 18, 2025，after having dinner, my eldest son and my youngest daughter began vomiting throughout the entire night in their room.

The front desk explained that it was due to a virus circulating in the hotel, however I believe it is more likely to have been food poisoning, as my youngest daughter ate only a turkey Milanese (cotoletta di tacchino alla milanese) provided by the hotel, while my eldest son ate more and therefore became much more ill. My husband and I remained completely well.

If this had truly been a virus, given that our family spent all our time together, it would be reasonable to expect that we would also have been infected.

On the morning of December 19, the hotel called a doctor who came to the hotel. From both the doctor and the hotel staff, we were informed that on the previous evening more than ten guests had experienced vomiting.

For this reason, we request that the Health Authority investigate a possible food safety issue.

To date, no member of the hotel management has come forward to offer an official apology.

La sera del 18 dicembre2025 , dopo aver cenato, mio figlio maggiore e mia figlia minore hanno iniziato a vomitare per tutta la notte nella nostra stanza.

La reception ci ha spiegato che si trattava di un virus presente in hotel, ma io ritengo più probabile un’intossicazione alimentare, poiché mia figlia minore ha mangiato esclusivamente una cotoletta di tacchino alla milanese fornita dall’hotel, mentre mio figlio maggiore ha mangiato di più ed è stato molto più grave. Io e mio marito, invece, siamo rimasti completamente bene.

Se si fosse trattato realmente di un virus, considerando che abbiamo trascorso tutto il tempo insieme come famiglia, sarebbe stato logico aspettarsi un contagio anche per noi.

La mattina del 19 dicembre l’hotel ha chiamato un medico che è venuto in struttura. Dal medico e dal personale dell’hotel abbiamo saputo che la sera precedente almeno una decina di persone avevano manifestato episodi di vomito.

Per questo motivo chiediamo che l’Azienda Sanitaria competente verifichi un possibile problema legato alla sicurezza alimentare.

Ad oggi, nessun responsabile dell’hotel si è presentato per porgere delle scuse ufficiali.

אין מילים לתאר את יופי המקום. מיקום עם נוף מרהיב, בריכה חיצונית מחוממת עם נוף עוצר נשימה, ג׳קוזי עם נוף הכי יפה שיש, יש שלוש סאונות, אבל הסאונה שמיועדת רק למבוגרים! נמצאת במקום עם נוף וואאוו,, מתקנים מעולים לילדים, הפעלות לילדים משעות הבוקר המוקדמות עד 10 בלילה עם אפשרות להשאיר את הילדים במתחם שמיועד לזה עם משגיחות וההורים הולכים להתפנק באזורים ללא ילדים, חדרים גדולים מאוד, המלון נקי ומצוחצח, הכל כלול עם מנות שף ברמה הכי גבוהה וחומרי גלם מהיוקרתיים ביותר.
למי שנמצא בדולומיטים עם ילדים! זה המקום המושלם. אני מטייל באיטליה יותר מחמש שנים ברצף ומעל 30 פעמים.
