Beautiful villa-style property with a nice pool
Pros:

The property was beautiful, the pool was lovely and clean. Dinner was 15 USD but very tasty. Nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

Need an SUV to get to the location, but the road isn’t too bad. The only meals are by a private chef so they need to be coordinated in advance.

Les apparences sont trompeuses, grosse déception malgré la gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct avec fruits de saison, servi avec le sourire dans une grande salle joliment décorée.
Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.
Chambre spacieuse et literie ok . Très calme.

La présentation du site ne dit pas tout...
J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine en fin de séjour mais en arrivant la pompe était en panne, l'eau croupie était verdâtre genre marécage. Donc pas de piscine. Quant à la vue sur le Kilimandjaro... je ne l'ai jamais vu.
Dans la chambre, il manque beaucoup de choses : zéro chaise, zéro lampe de chevet, zéro porte-manteaux (même à la réception), salle de bains minimaliste : petit lavabo sans rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette (qu'il faut laisser par terre), pas de verre à dents, l'eau de la douche est à peine tiède et sans pression. Les WC sont à l'extérieur de la chambre (pas top).
En plus ma chambre a été visitée à plusieurs reprises car les fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur ne ferment pas (et aucun coffre-fort non plus).
C'est loin de la ville, un peu paumé, même les taxis ne trouvent pas l'endroit. Et pas de navette gratuite bien entendu.
Equipements et commodités à revoir d'urgence ainsi que la sécurité!

Einfach hervorragend!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Tolle Anlage, stylisches Interior, herzliches Personal, leckeres Essen - alles tiptop!

Only the building is beautiful, but I will never be there again.
Pros:

Poor quality of breakfast ingredients, and not allowed to cook for self. the location is too remote and inconvenient to get in and out. The owner is not very friendly.

Cons:

Improve services, improve equipment, formulate regulations, and make guests feel at home, not feel sometimes overwhelmed and afraid.

Highly recommend the place to you if you like a quiet place with lot of laughter, especially for family or a group of fr
Pros:

The owner is a world traveler. I like his taste. I have spent 10 days in Kenya before I arrived Tanzania. Some accommodations cost more than $300USD/night. This was the best one so far compared with those. The chef Martha is very talented and super nice. She even made a song for me, her dancing and singing brought lots of joy and fun to us. My friend is a 72 years old lady. She arrived two days earlier than me. Appreciate the owner drive her to town twice to get SIM card, exchange money and buy fruits. The local market is interesting. The avocado is so nice!

Cons:

The road to the property will give you a good African massage :) Free massage.

Pros:

Hübsche, recht neue Villa mit toller Terrasse. Intime, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber. Herzliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen könnte gern stärker sein.

A lovely villa in the nature around Moshi
Pros:

A beautiful villa in the nature around Moshi. The owner and team are great - super friendly and professional. Although the place is still in process of being finished, it's already beautiful now.
We found it very clean with a lovely style and a very home-like feeling. The pool is a very nice plus and we were able to work remotely with stable internet. After our initial stay we first extended and afterwards even returned.
The place is a bit outside, but only a less than 2 EUR ride away from the center. Also the team is going help you with arrangements as required.

Great value and amazing stay!
Pros:

Ambrose and his staff went above and beyond to make it a good stay. He even arranged excursions and transfer from the airport . Family run business made it amazing.

Cons:

It is a small distance to the town center but the value far exceeds the drive on unpaved but manageable road.

Kilimanjaro Marathon
Pros:

The hosts were very welcoming and took there time taking us around the tourist destinations which were very exciting and fun. The accommodation was very close to the Kili Marathon starting point so it was very easy to access.

Cons:

Loved everything definitely going back.
