Pros:

A really nice apartment, fit for 1-2 people. Comfy bed, nice terrace with a sea view. Water pressure was great.
The amenities in the building are amazing, olympic-sized swimming pool, well equipped gym, even a punching bag, sauna.

Good and spacious but kinda dirty
Pros:

It was spacious and good, nice view from the balcony.

Cons:

Some parts were clean while other spots did not seem to have been cleaned for months, like the ceiling fan in the living room and above the curtains in the bedroom.
Only 1 stovetop was working so made it kinda difficult to cook meals everyday.
Also quite a lot of bugs in and near the kitchen, cockroaches and other bugs even when we kept it clean.

Sad to say we won’t be staying here again.

The shower wasn’t cleaned, stained glass very off putting, the bed sheets smelt bad/unclean and we both felt itchy after the first night.

Fair enough for the price, but personally I was way uncomfortable with the pillows
Pros:

Everything except the pillows on the bed. They were absolutely garbage. Never had such a pain in the morning before like that.

Okolica i bezpośrednio na ulicy przed budynkiem setki bezdomnych. Strach się poruszać a po zmroku nawet nie próbujcie. Ogólnie fatalne wrażenie.

A great location for bus station, MOA, airport, intramuros - and an ideal self-catering condo!
Pros:

This is a nice large condo which was useful for us because we were passing through and needed space for a lot of luggage. The separate lounge and bedroom were great, especially as there was a TV in each. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked having the balcony. 24 hour reception and friendly, helpful staff made for a relaxed and easy stay.

Cons:

The bed linen was clean but grey and stained, I would say that it's tired and due for renewal. We found the pillows to be an odd shape and bought our own cheap ones in MOA. Everything else was great.

Pros:

Very nice host, great communication. Amazing view from spacious balcony. Big room with nice functional kitchen and nice design. Very good to have separate bedroom also with tv. and both rooms with functional aircons. Bathrooms clean and shower gets hot. Having a washer is a plus. Pretty good location for getting around.

Cons:

Only thing I would say is that the pillows were a little uncomfortable. Too puffy

Pros:

The host was very responsive to every question, check in was smooth and easy, the flat was very clean. Especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, was nice being able to make food at home. Really felt like home.

The room, the building and the swimming pool are excellent, and the hostess is excellent and very cooperative and did not disturb us throughout the stay.

Cons:

The building was fully secured with security everywhere but the area around the hotel was not suitable and a bit dangerous
