Great location and comfortable apartment, though the setup is best suited for adults rather than families with young kid
Pros:

The location near the Ostsee is exceptional. The apartment itself was pleasant, spacious, well-maintained, and featured a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, the spa facilities were enjoyable, and the swimming pool at Hotel Fischland was good.

Cons:

Lovely property, but know what to expect if traveling with family.

The value for money feels a bit off for apartment guests compared to those staying in the main hotel. Because we were traveling with both a toddler (1 yo) and a 74-year-old senior, having to commute to another hotel (even 20mins on foot) for breakfast and the pool was quite challenging - a logistical hurdle that other multigenerational families will likely understand.

Prospective guests should also pay close attention to the fine print regarding age restrictions: the restaurant and spa are strictly 16+. While Booking.com buries this detail, a more prominent warning from the property would be greatly appreciated. Ultimately, this setup is not well-suited for families with young kids, and booking directly at Fischland Hotel is a better alternative.

Tolle Lage, direkt hinter der Düne

Cons:

Brötchensevicce, früher wurden die Brötchen auf das Appartement gebracht , heute muss man diese an der Rezeption abholen. Früher gab es zur Begrüßung Blumen und Obst im Appartement, zum Abschied einen kleinen Kuchen und Wasser, alles vorbei. Das sind sicher nur Gesten, jedoch fühlt man sich als Gast wertgeschätzt!

Strandnah, großzügig mit Optimierungspotential
Pros:

Strandnähe mit der Möglichkeit einen Strandkorb zu mieten, Größe der Ferienwohnung, Reinigungsservice, Qualität der Betten, Zusätzliches WC, Insektenschutz im Schlafraum, großzügiges Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken, Wäscheständer nach Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt-sollte allerdings Standardausrüstung sein.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Küche-sehr kleiner und schlecht aufgeteilter Kühlschrank, einige Küchenutensilien fehlten z.B. Suppenkelle, Schneebesen, Topflappen, Brotkorb, Küchenlampe über dem Tisch führt zu häufigen Kopfkontakt, nur ein Stuhl je Schlafzimmer, zu wenige Fahrradständer, Fazit: Für den Preis noch Luft nach oben

Unser Herz schlägt fürs Fischland aber gewohnt haben wir sehr gut

Sonst immer im Schwesterhotel Fischland, diesmal als Ausweichquartier. Schöne Fewo und der Wunsch nach der Außenseite mit Tageslichtbad wurde erfüllt. Freundlicher Empfang, Herr Winter und Damen machen einen guten Job, überwiegend das Personal im Service auch. Mega leckere Kuchen und Torten...

Cons:

Das Tatar beim Abendessen ist im Fischland deutlich besser und es gab auch kein Brot dazu. Der Servicemitarbeiter im Kaminzimmer war etwas speziell, nicht so unser Fall.

Toller Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll direkt hinter den Dünen. Barfuß und im Bademantel zum Meer. Und der Strand war trotz Sommer nicht überfüllt. Jede Ferienwohnung hat eine nette Terrasse mit Tisch zum Essen und einen eigenen Stellplatz. Regelmäßig Handtuchservice. Total ruhig kein Straßenlärm. Unmittelbar vom Haus weg Wander- und Radwege. Super!

Matratzen zu hart für unseren Geschmack.

Die Ferienwohnung samt Ausstattung, das Erfrischungsgetränk beim Empfang, die Lage wenige Schritte zum Meer. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads und Sauna sowie den Fitnessbereich im Hotel Fischland. Fahrradverleih im Hotel sowie auch das sehr gute Frühstück am Abreisetag.
