Pros:

Fantastic historic building, old wooden floors and ancient stone walls peaking out of a 1970s style designer apartment. Gregory is a great host, very helpful and pleasant. Nothing bad to say about this stay!

This place was extremely good value for money - spacious, beautifully decorated, in an absolutely charming character building in a desirable part of Dijon. Tons of amazing food options just downstairs. We loved it and wished we'd stayed longer!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Dijon.

Fantastic, modern, spacious apartment in the heart of Dijon. Great communication from the owner, easy check in. Parking nearby. Lovely and clean inside. Bonus - the owners have a wine bar/cellar underneath the apartments which is worth a look. Great stay will definitely return.

Horrible passage dans cet hôtel. Canapé troué, coussins tachés, absence de climatisation et pour couronner le tout fenêtre cassées ne permettant pas d’aérer le logement avec une température de 28°C à l’intérieur. Endroit EXTREMEMENT bruyant avec des bars, des terrasses, de la musique et beaucoup de passage sous la fenêtre. Pas de stationnement proposé proche du logement, obligé de marcher un moment avec les valises et de payer un parking. LOGEMENT À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT.

Gregory was a wonderful host. He met us at check in, gave us a tour of the property, and was overall very helpful. The apartment is located in a great spot location. There are so many cafes, and restaurants close by! We would stay here again.
