Only a cheap place to sleep.
Pros:

Quiet and clean. Flat was pleasantly warm.

Cons:

No curtains or shutters in the kitchen. Entrance door to flat with an unsafe lock. No signs to find parking or flat easily. Kitchen stocked with the bare minimum. No dishwasher tablets, only one bin. Seems to be intended only for itinerant workers who just use the place for sleeping.
