C est plus un BB qu un hotel. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Pros:

Emplacement par rapport aux transports en commun. Le calme pourtant si près d un quartier très vivant.

Cons:

L effet surprise de l esprit "pension de famille" : cuisine commune pour petit déjeuner à faire soi-même

They clean the room everyday. Bed is good . Toilet with bidet. Safe neighborhood. Easy to grab car/taxi/scooter. Very close to iconsiam mall where you can take hop on/off boat to go to the temple , chinatown, palace etc... for only 150.00 bath for one day. Really worth it. Well the front desk staff were all awesome , specially Alex and at night daisy both filipino. Lots of thai massage nearby and thai food along the way to iconsiam.

Cons:

They only have coffee every morning no breakfast or bread.

Me encantó la localización, la calidad del topper de la cama, la limpieza y el personal

Cons:

Me pusieron en la habitación de la segundo planta que da al exterior y en este había unos 4 compresores de aire acondicionado. No solo uno sino también estaban los del salón. Iba a repetir en mi vuelta con ellos pero decidí buscar otra alternativa puesto que está muy lejos del aeropuerto de bkk o dmk si hay tráfico puede ser muy molesto.

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e accoglienti nella loro semplicità
Location silenziosa pur essendo a Riverside e terrazzo dove rilassarsi la sera

L'umidità eccessiva nella camera, pur essendoci il clima, genera un odore sgradevole
Colazione assente pur essendoci la possibilità di mettere a disposizione qualche Tipicità Thailandese (frutta e/o dolci tipici) oltre a caffè e the

The bed is so comfy and soft. I can sleep nicely and deeply for the whole night. It’s very good for staycation. I would love to go back there again when I go back to BKK

Would have been good, but a big "no go" happened!
Pros:

Warm Welcome & nice staff at the reception.

Cons:

NO GO - cleaning lady went into the room before we checked out in our absence, she even continued her work when we were back, we needed to tell her to leave the room.
