La proximité avec l’aéroport.
Propreté passable, pas de climatisation, et l’accès n’est pas simple.
Location is good, just close to the airport, so if you need a place for one night before your flight, that one is fine.
There was a specific smell in the room, but because that was just for one night I won't complain.

I tried to check in early. Gave me a dirty room. Overall the property is sub par. Look nice in the advertisement. I left. Maybe I’ll get some money back.

great location and price

Room was an ample size for a short stay, close walk to the airport, pool available, restaurants in the local streets along with a street market. The room was made up nicely and was clean. Very affordable.
The bed was very firm (which is personal preference). the two things I didn't like:
1) the traffic was incessant overnight beeping and honking. my loop ear buds and white noise did not block it out.
2) the room was clean, but overnight we found cockroaches throughout the bathroom. I squashed 6 in one bathroom visit. I let the owner know. They said they sprayed the room prior to our visit.
I liked the location, it was close to airport and I didn’t need the taxi when I arrived. But my next flight was from another terminal, so I still had to use it.
Good shower, that’s all I needed for 1 night.
WiFi worked well.
Actually my room looked not like on the pictures. It was worse. I think they have plenty of rooms of this class, but not all of them are renovated and look so good.
Near the Airport, new building
The apartment was not very clean and looked different from the pictures on Booking. It had an embedded cigarette smell, the balcony door was broken and couldn’t be closed (which made it noisier and less secure). There was no hot water, and the staff didn’t leave any instructions on how to turn it on. The TV didn’t work properly — half of the screen had lighting issues. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay for us.
A perfect place for our overnight stopover in Manila! Clean, convenient, comfy and safe. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities and surrounding area. Great Aircon too!
