I love it!
Pros:

Everything!! The apartment was great, clean, has everything we need it. Location was perfect!
We had some small issues, but as soon as I called the customer service, they fix it right away. They were great!!

Cons:

Sometimes, we might hear our neighbors moving things around or making some noise, which can be a bit bothersome when we're trying to sleep. But overall, it was fine.

Great home base for fun with family and friends
Pros:

Location was fantastic - walking distance to the French Quarter, with nearby groceries, cafes, coffee. Only a couple blocks from the streetcar line. Location was the main reason we selected this property and it delivered.

El estilo y la decoracion.Combinacion de colores,muy buen gusto,edificio tipico de Nola,todo remodelado.

Pros:

The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard.
All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

Lovely location if you can handle the fire alarms
Pros:

Lovely clean and modern facility - prime location

Cons:

2 false fire alarms in our last evening - if the pizza restaurant hadn’t of been open then we would have all stood on the street waiting for ? Real shame that there’s an on going issue with the fire alarm and that there’s are no instructions for checking units and then disabling

We love our stay at this beautiful apartment. We would definitely book again.
Pros:

We stayed in apartment 301 and we loved it!! There’s a code to go inside the building so we felt very safe. The apartment has beautiful decor, even though we didn’t use the kitchen it was stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, and there were extra blankets and pillows available. The restroom was had plenty of towels for my family of 6, and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The unit also had a washer/dryer and even provided us with wash pods. We were on the third floor and felt very safe in the unit. It was close to some very good restaurants like Bearcat, Forbidden Pizza, and Juan’s Flying Burrito.

Cons:

Parking but I think it’s like that everywhere you go.

It was amazing - the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful even with them being completely contactless. The rooms themselves are LOVELY, well laid out, and well appointed. As with really every hotel in New Orleans, it might be haunted. Our friend woke up with like 20 pictures on her phone, all black… I thought I felt something watching me at one point during the night. But, it could have all just been too much fun on bourbon street the same night as the ghost tour :)
