Our apartment was perfect for us and we will certainly return to stay with such wonderful hosts.
Pros:

The hosts made us feel very welcome and our property ( a one bedroom spacious apartment on the first floor) was just as described and perfect for our requirements. The large kitchen space was extremely useful and the property is situated in a very quiet part of town near the Saturday market. There is an excellent supermarket within walking distance and some lovely Turkish restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was only used by my wife and I and that was a big bonus! The two balconies offered lovely views with plenty of space to sit out and eat and drink.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like although our bedroom was on the smallish side and would not suit everyone but was fine for us. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre which was not a problem but maybe too long for people who don't walk a great deal. However there are several different routes into Dalyan on foot ( with cafe stops!!) and most routes are very interesting.

Stay was comfortable and draw backs in the description of it did not cause problems
Pros:

The hotel was clean and had spacious apartment. The pool was really good which encourage us to stay at the hotel more than we would normally. It was located in a great position it being only a short walk into town. The view off the front balcony was a pool view and off the rear balcony a mountain and countryside view. This you would not have got from the town centre hotels. Host were nice people . Lots of good restaurant within walking distance. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

There were a number of things on the booking.com advert that were not true and people should be aware. It says there is a bar. Technically there is but it is only open during the day to serve basic drinks. It says breakfast and dinner is available. it is not. There is no restaurant. Food has not been available since the start of Covid. We would have had breakfast at the hotel as part of my search was for it to be included. They do not take credit cards and insist on payment by cash on arrival. This did not cause us a major problem as we had pounds, but it was not my intention to pay this way for the hotel as I was led to believe that payment would be by credit card.
