Pros:

Очень понравилось вообще само помещение, размещение, наполнение, мебель, чистота, удобства. В общем, очень хороший отель.

Cons:

Единственный момент это отсутствие открывающихся окон и форточек. В какой-то момент было достаточно душно, и не справлялся духотой вентилятор. Но это небольшой недочет.

Нас все устроило. Очень приветливая хозяйка.
Pros:

Апартаменты расположены в пешей доступности от пограничного пункта. Это было для нас приоритетом. Чисто, комфортно.

Расположение, в целом опрятно и уютно, соответствие цена / качество

Cons:

Были мелочи, которые можно легко исправить:
1. вода в душе не уходила достаточно быстро, приходилось стоять в луже.
2. В комнате хотелось бы, чтобы висели крючки для полотенец, иначе полотенца некуда вешать.
3. При мгновенном бронировании сразу перед заездом не было инструкций, как заехать в гестхауз. Пришлось дозваниваться до персонала и ждать.

It could be OK for the price if the bathroom / toilets was lîked to the bedroom !
Pros:

The location, close to the border and the train station. Good 👍

Cons:

The bathroom and the toilets are open to everybody that is eating at the dinning room !
The toilets were not clean and no additional toilet paper was available (the roll was already nearly finished)
Please control properly the work of the staff that is maintaning the combo !

Central location, but service level zero.
Pros:

Location on a busy road, but central.

Cons:

Self checkin, but hard to communicate with the host. I was locked out at 11pm because I didn't receive the (Russian) checkin instructions at first, but instead of re-sending them he insisted he'd already sent them.
