Good but a bit out of the way
Pros:

Huge open room. Nice and new looking. Reminds me of a condo. Your own parking space/garage then go upstairs above it to your room. Nothing bad about it except you have to have a car or motorbike or like to walk far because its a bit outside of town and nothing immediately nearby.
