The staff are very friendly. The condition of the Phu Mi Room is good, and the shower room is decent. There is no bad smell at all, and the air conditioning works well.

They charged 200 for 1 hour early check in. !! Hotel industry is all about courtesy and cooperation.

Cons:

They had agreed on request for early check in at 7 AM before arrival.
On arrival they charged in full for the booked day and additionally another day for the 4 hours even after checking out by 2 PM SAME DAY..
Incidentally charged for two days for practically a 6 hours stay.
Never gonna visit again.
It would have been better to choose a hotel with AC for this rate they chraged.
