Понравилось только месторасположение

Cons:

Персонал отсутствует, на ресепшене после выдачи ключа, персонал пропал.
Все удобства которые указаны в описании отсутствуют, обратиться не было к кому, на ресепшене никого не было.
На постели и в ванной волосы.
Чашки треснутые, туалетной бумаги не было. Мыло и косметические средства отсутствуют, остатки пенки для рук на 2 раза. Утром не было чем помыть руки. Постель застиранная, в номере очень воняет сыростью и плесенью. Терраса, которая на улице это ужас.
Мебель в отеле очень грязная, полная антисанитария. Отель тянет не больше чем на 3***

La ubicación está bien, a 20 minutos de old town de Nessebar y a menos de 10 de una de las playas y tiene parking privado en el mismo hotel.

Cons:

Para empezar la ubicación que proporciona Booking a través de Google Maps no coincide con la dirección real del hotel, cuando llamamos a la persona responsable para aclararlo, nos encontramos con que no hablaba nada de inglés y solo se comunicaba en búlgaro. Al conseguir llegar, la primera impresión no mejoró, ya que el hall olía a animal, una mezcla entre perro y gato bastante desagradable. Al entrar a la habitación descubrimos un baño que era tan ridículamente pequeño que prácticamente podías ducharte, lavarte los dientes y usar el váter todo a la vez. Por si todo esto fuera poco, la peor sorpresa llegó a la mañana siguiente, cuando nos levantamos y nos encontramos con que había hormigas que rodeaban la cama.

Pros:

Personnel souriant et aimable! C'est un bon logement pour un court séjour. Ascenseur disponible. La chambre (double) est assez grande. Emplacement à environ 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Nessebar. Proche de la rue principale de la nouvelle ville et de quelques restaurants.

Cons:

L'accès à l’hôtel est assez compliqué. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur à cause de plusieurs chats. La télécommande du téléviseur ne fonctionne pas. La douche est mal placée, la salle de bain est très petite. Un balcon commun avec la chambre voisine.

Czas chyba odświeżyć część wspólną hotelu. Jest wizytówką obiektu, a nie robi najlepszego wrażenia.
