Estancia perfecta en Tokio
Pros:

El apartamento es bastante amplio y caben perfectamente 4 personas entre el sofá cama y la cama de matrimonio. La ducha y el baño están separados, lo que es muy cómodo y la cocina es perfectamente funcional. El apartamento está bien comunicado con transporte público y es rápido llegar a Shinjuku. El alojamiento cuenta con lavadora lo cual es muy práctico en viajes largos. También cuenta con TV y el Wifi funciona muy bien. El edificio cuenta con paraguas de cortesía en caso de lluvia y hay una máquina de bebidas en la entrada, además de una tienda de conveniencia a escasos 3 minutos.

Cons:

El alojamiento no contaba con ascensor y subir y bajar las maletas se hace complicado, ya que los escalones son altos.

Good place for a couple only
Pros:

10 minutes to metro, nice and calm neighborhood.

Cons:

The sofa is not very soft, even with additional futon. The futon which can be used as a third bed is very thin and is not good for sleeping. The area in front of the bathroom is separated only by a curtain, which can cause inconvenience for people.

Тихая студия в Токио
Pros:

Маленькая уютная студия в очень тихом жилом районе. В квартире было все необходимое: полотенца, посуда и кухонные принадлежности, wifi, телевизор, фен, стиральная машина, гель для стирки, шампунь и прочее. Неподалеку есть круглосуточный магазин и много автоматов с напитками.
Прекрасное расположение - рядом станция метро и крупная станция Синзюку, от которых можно удобно добраться до любого места в Токио.
Я однозначно рекомендую эту студию тем, кто ищет тихое жилье и не хочет долго ездить на метро до всех достопримечательностей.
Отдельно выражаю благодарность администрации объекта за то, что всегда были на связи, быстро отвечали на все вопросы и пожелания.

Cons:

Очень тонкие стены, слышно соседей.
В здании нет лифта, приходилось самим поднимать чемоданы на третий этаж.
Низкие потолки, узкая кровать.
В холодную погоду в студии прохладно (кондиционер не согревал достаточно), а в дождь очень влажно.

Razoável, não voltaria!
Pros:

Foi o único lugar com valor razoável que encontramos para nosso grupo de 3 pessoas! Mas se vc estiver em 4 ou 5 aconselho um hotel!!

Cons:

10-15 minutos até à estação do metro! O box do banheiro não escoava água, vc tinha que tomar banho dentro de uma piscina! As toalhas de má qualidade e muito pequenas! O banheiro estava um pouco sujo! Não voltaria!!

Nice small stay for max 2 couples
Pros:

Well connected location if you don't mind walking a bit. Perfect for a small group as the bedroom contains both beds.
Staff was responsive and provided all the information we needed, plus they were very respectful.

それなりに快適に過ごせました

階段が昇りにくかった。
ベットが３つと布団一組だと思ってたがダブルベット1、ソファベッド1，布団1でダブルベットに二人で寝ることになった。
マイナンバーカードの画像を送らないと暗証番号を教えてもらえなかった。
個人情報の取り扱い的に不安だった。

Perfect for our Tokyo tow nights casual stay for me and two teenager boys.
Pros:

Very clean and covenant. Looks small outside but big inside. Washing machine in the room and ac, kitchen refrigerator, shower with extra amenity like hair dryer was perfect enough. Quiet are but close to stations.there is a ding vending machine downstairs easy to use. Family mart nearby. The staff was friendly and polite easy to reach out.
