Pros:

Warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was really helpful, service-minded and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

If you look for extreme luxury, this is maybe not the place to be, but if you need a nice place to stay in Verbier, close to the city center, this is perfect.
