Great place for families who want to visit Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani.
Pros:

The location of Pasaydan is perfect with two tablelands close-by and the view from the balcony is perfect. The food, cleanliness, service and staff were very good. Host Vinita ji was so supportive and guided us about the places to visit and connected with a good taxi vendor. The food was amazing, on all days we had our breakfast and dinner there itself. Lot of books to read for all ages, indoor games for kids and other facilities added value to our stay. We would recommend this place for families

Cons:

As such there was nothing that we didn’t like. The stay is about 5kms away from Panchgani Center/market.

Pros:

The staff, the food, the host, location rooms, cleanliness, everthing was excellent.
the owner is so good that it just feels like you are at your home and not at a different place. you can go anywhere in the property without any hesitation, pleanty of books to read, food is so good that it totally felt like home, Overall it was an excellet stay. loved it.

A home away from home
Pros:

The spaciousness and the hospitality of the host. The collection of books. The breakfast. Lots of space for children to run around, but children may damage the books or equipment openly stored. So parents can't relax while children play.

Cons:

Lack of promptness in providing the things we needed, we needed to go down two flight of stairs if we needed to seek help, no intercom, phone range was bad. The house is huge, with many rooms, big living rooms on both floors, but perhaps the aesthetics need to be upgraded. There is a lot of furniture and equipment lying around, which kind of takes away the beauty of the place. The huge terrace can also be spruced up. The lovely balconies aren't covered, or secured by grills, so parents have to be vigilant that kids don't go there.

Peacefull stay with company of good books and awesome view
Pros:

The location of the property and the view is awesome. It's serene and helps you reactivate your self.

Cons:

As the location is far from city most of the hotels do not provide the deliveries but to negate this, Vineta mam had called up 2 hotels which provided us the service and the food was good and so was quantity.

Awesome place to stay in Panchagani
Pros:

This place is a sweet home stay. Especially the owner, Vinita. She has a great hospitality. She is very friendly and treat you as family members. Food was homely . Delicious. The rooms were fabulous, specious,neat and clean .

Cons:

There is nothing which I didn't like . Once you visit, you will get attracted multiple times

Highly recommended homestay to enjoy silence, scenic view and homemade food
Pros:

Everything about this stay was awesome. Best thing about our stay was the host, Vinita ma’am. The care that we received and the homemade food we were served, lovely! We were also served with fresh strawberries right from the farm. Room was very spacious with a balcony which opens to the beautiful views. Location is secluded and yet close to Panchgini market. If one enjoys silence, this home is just perfect. Ma’am even helped us with arranging a mechanic to repair our puncture bike tyre. She also shared her life experiences and the good work that she’s been doing with the NGO. Conversation that went on lengths made much more difficult to say goodbye, only for now. Will definitely visit again with friends and family.
