Wanted somewhere to stop for 1 night and this was cheap, clean and exactly what I expected.

Cheap 'n' cheerful - if you want luxury book at the nearby Premier Inn - otherwise good value
Pros:

Close to main dual-carriageway and easy access to A1(M) - also property within walking distance of Hatfield town centre. The Airfield public bar nearby, too.

Cons:

Door lock needed replacing

It did fullfil all requirements I had.
Pros:

This is a private accomodation. You stay with a family. The place is a little bit remote, but you still can go there by bus, Number 2 from Arriva or the 46.
There is a one stop supermarket at the entrance to the residential area, who provide a coffee machine.

Cons:

I felt a bit like as I broke into someones privacy, even though the landlord said, it is ok.
The bathroom is shared with them. Watch the timing.
