Pros:

The space of the room is well used. It was good for us to stay 4 nights the 2 of us as a couple spending most of our days outside. We had extra facilities like coffee, tea, snacks and beer in the kitchenette once we arrived. The roof had great pastries and coffee in the morning. The staff onsite was wonderfully kind. The location is incredible.

Cons:

There is no privacy with the toilet and bathroom to the rest of the room. No direct sun to the room so it felt dark. We asked for cleaning on second day and there was no emptying of the toilet baskets and the front door of our room was left open the whole day by the cleaner. The beds were ok but as two tall women it felt a little tight. There was no full size mirror.

Gran ubicación, pésimo aislamiento acústico
Pros:

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es la ubicación. A menos de una cuadra de Parque México en la Condesa, cerca de muchos restaurantes. Muy bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad. Lamentablemente no tiene estacionamiento y cuando llegas en auto propio es difícil encontrar donde dejar el coche.

Cons:

Pésimo aislamiento acústico. En las noches se escuchaba todo, cuando alguien entraba al edificio, escuchaba sus conversaciones aunque hablaran en un volumen normal. En la habitación se escuchaba el sonido de una bomba de agua o algo similar durante la noche. Incluso llegué a escuchar los ronquidos de una persona en la habitación contigua a la mía.
Tienen que mejorar ese aspecto.

Great location
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

This property required a deposit, which most properties do not ask for. My deposit was not returned until 5 business days after my departure. The property did mention that it would be 4 to 5 business days, but I don't understand why it would take so long. They did respond to my messages about the deposit, which I appreciated. Also, the room was smaller than I expected, more like a hotel room and it was very dark as it face the inner courtyard. Perhaps with a room facing the street, it might have been better.

It was real good.
Pros:

I love the room and the location steps from Parque Mexico. Perfect location. The place was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

I was on the second floor (which I would call the third floor). The staircase is wide and elegant and there is no lift or elevator. The doorman was very considerate of me and brought my suitcase up to my room. I brought it down myself, proving to my 72 year old self that I can still do it.

Todo excelente, la zona es increíble, tienes opciones cerca para comer y visitar. Además hay seguridad 24/7 en le edificio, es staff fue de gran ayuda.
