Pros:

Pros:

House is generally quiet, clean and orderly. There are two rooms rented, mine was large, good comfy bed. The location has parkland and recreational areas close by. Many birds including bids of prey can be seen.

Comfortable bed. Shared bathroom. Value for money.
Pros:

I chose this room as it was by far the cheapest in the area and I have no regrets. It was my first ever experience of an Air B&B. The Polish couple who run it, live in the house and are pleasant and sincere, though are out most of the time. I stayed for 7 days and would definately stay again if necessary. If my wife had been with me though it wouldn't have worked as she would never accept sharing with anybody. The blackout curtains in the room were a nice touch.

Cons:

My only recommendation, would be to have a lock on the bedroom door. It didn't bother me so much but when I mentioned it to my son he was surprised.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly host but disappointing.
Cons:

I thought I had booked bed and breakfast but there was only bed and coffee. There was no light in the bathroom (broken bulb and no spare available). Luckily I had a torch available in my car. My host did not really know of any local eateries so I had nothing to eat

Das ein Asda Supermarkt 15 Minuten entfernt war ist toll. Mann hat auch hervorragenden Anschluss an öffentlichen Nahverkehr

Cons:

War alles gut, außer dass das Klo manchmal mich sauber gemacht wurde

I would recommend to anyone who likes to stay in a peaceful location with a wonderful family.
Pros:

Jacek and Sylvia were amazing hosts. The room was spacious and cosy with a very calm and quiet atmosphere. At night it was pin-drop silence. I was walking to the railway station to commute which was 30 min from the room. There was a bus stop nearby. I preferred to walk and enjoyed walking through that location. The pleasant atmosphere mostly helped me in my day and evenings too. It's a home and it felt like home. Both were very friendly and I had many opportunities to speak with Jacek and Sylvia.

Cons:

I do not have anything particular which i didn't like.

Lovely host and comfortable bed
Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice clean room, and excellent value for money. The host Sylvia is lovely and extremely kind.
The room was better than shown in pictures because now the desk is available.
I appreciated the flexibility with dropping off bags earlier then check-in hours.

Cons:

I didn't realise I was going to share bathroom facilities, so I had to adjust some of my plans to ensure I wasn't late to my appointments. Perhaps I missed this information when booking. If you are fine with shared facilities, then it's a great solution!
